Octopus Treasure is an underwater-themed slot from Play'n GO, played on a 5x3 grid with 20 paylines. A massive octopus sits behind the transparent reels, occasionally reaching in to mess with the game. Bets go from 20p up to 100 quid, and the RTP sits at 96.25% with medium volatility.
Honestly, the screen looks a bit cluttered. There's coral, sea creatures, and all sorts crammed in there. It does the job visually, but I wouldn't call it one of Play'n GO's prettiest games. Still, the octopus lurking behind everything adds a nice touch of personality to the whole thing.
Symbols and Payouts
Eight regular symbols fill the paytable here. Low pays are card suits; spades, diamonds, clubs, and hearts. Nothing exciting there. High pays include pots, coins, a jug, and a crown. After any modifier, there's a chance a random multiplier of x2, x3, x5, or x10 gets slapped onto your win. Proper handy when it shows up, though it doesn't happen often enough.
Land 3 pearl scatters and you trigger Key Respins, where only keys appear on the reels. Collect between 5 and 10 keys, and each one becomes a Treasure Spin. During Treasure Spins, every spin plays one of those four modifiers, and any extra key symbols add more spins with no cap. Sounds great on paper, but it takes roughly 187 spins on average to trigger, so patience is needed.

Medium volatility means this one ticks along at a reasonable pace. Wins come fairly regularly, though the base game modifiers often deliver pretty small returns. Max win is 5,000x your stake, which is the standard Play'n GO cap. Not bad, not amazing. Keep in mind the 96.25% RTP can be lowered by individual operators, so always worth checking before you play.
